Missing turrets (Fallout 4)

In principle, everything is stated in the title. I come to the settlement - there are no turrets, and the connecting wire is hanging in the air.
There have been no reports of an attack, and the electricity is in order. For the second time only in different settlements.
Has anyone come across and what to do?

check the defense level, if you remember. Maybe the card just didn't load, I had this with the lamps. Rebooted - everything appeared.
