Well, playing in the rating and so it is clear what the skill bracket will be. As far as I remember, it is spread like this:
up to 2600
xs 2600-3200 Normal
3200-3800 High
3800+ Veri High
Another thing with ordinary games, there is already a skill bracket recalculated for the last 10-20 games.
