No Platinum Parts Challenge Bug (The Crew)

There are no platinum parts and a bug with testing. 50 lvl are there, but they are not, instead of them there are some "random prizes" such as paintwork, wheels, bumper, etc. the strip is 97% stuck. What is it and how to fix it, or it should be so.
