Menu bar highlighting issue (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

The game starts, everything is fine, Fps does not drop. But, if I hover the cursor over any line in the menu, then the selection of this line instantly "leaves" up. This problem hangs from the beta itself. I reinstalled the game, updated the drivers, nothing helps. Maybe someone had this problem?
