Anti-aliasing of labels. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

In general, such a trawl: by moving the cursor over the skill icon, the description of this skill is clearly visible for literally a second, after which it becomes blurry (readable, but not pleasant). Actually, did anyone come across / solve this troubles?
PS. in the game, anti-aliasing is disabled, the video card settings are not changed, everything is according to the standard.
