Sc 1 on new devices is buggy in different ways. on my laptop, for example, different shades of 16-bit. So this is not a repack yet, the disk has been around for a long time. The releasers will not take it and put it on new platforms, unless, of course, they ask well.

there was some kind of direct draw fix for old versions,
and for fresh (patched) versions of Starcraft nothing extra is needed (under 7 version 1.04 is buggy in color, but 1.15 and 1.16 are ok) ...
