Crash at boot (Fallout Shelter)

I can't enter one shelter, or rather I go in and fly out after 5 seconds. The entrance to the second hideout is hassle-free.
Can anyone come across such a problem? It's a shame that the buggy shelter is well pumped, it's a pity to lose it, almost everyone is dressed in blue and the stats are pumped to the fullest.
I play on PC with BlueStacks.
