How convicts are pressed
Literally today I learned how the jailers have recently begun to have fun. I know exactly what is going on in FBU IK-23 (Kamenskiy settlement, Krasnoarmeyskiy district, Saratov region), but it is quite possible that the same thing is going on in other ITCs.The bottom line is that masks-shows with argumentators fly into the camera (and it doesn't matter who sits there at all) and start deliberately bludgeoning all the inhabitants of the hut. They act completely without dividing convicts into castes and articles.
What do you say, friends? Are they doing the right thing or not?
Are you really interested in convicts and prisons?
As they say, they do not excuse themselves from the bag and the prison, especially in our country.
What I wrote in the title post is not a rumor, it is a real fact. It was not by chance that I even indicated the number and address of the ITK.
If a person is imprisoned for 2 years for theft, he must serve these two years and leave. And when he dies of syphilis in prison ... that's too much, to put it mildly. Our prisons do not have their primary function as a CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION. They do not correct, but cripple and kill. I don't think that's right. The penalty must be clearly canceled.
Hmm. Prisons in Russia are already rich in viral and other infections, so this is also ... And then it is called a correctional institution: / Rather, a branch of Hell ...
In Pskov, the news is always broadcasting how people die from all sorts of diseases in a city pre-trial detention center.

Well, this has long been practiced in most of the CIS countries, the same news to me. If everyone is indiscriminate, then this is in revenge for the booze or if they are trying to make black from the red zone. In many zones there are special "training" huts, where all sorts of specialists and simply staff fill their hands.

My personal opinion is that we need to return to the old system, divide all places of detention into three categories: settlements for all kinds of small and insignificant ones, an ordinary labor zone where everyone would work and there were opportunities for self-activity, an hour or two of classes in various specialties for subsequent settlement in life and hard labor zones, where there are no normal conditions and all possible restrictions. The main goal of the latter is that hardly anyone would hold out until the end of the term. The former must be equipped for normal human conditions, in the latter, nothing should be done except to improve the protection and strengthen the regime.
Well, this has long been practiced in most of the CIS countries, the same news to me.
Even so? Apparently ours decided to learn from the experience of our former comrades in the Union. I don’t know how elsewhere, but in the named FBU IK-23 this is a novelty.
The main goal of the latter is that hardly anyone would hold out until the end of the term.
It would be good if not a single but - miscarriages of justice, of which there are a lot in our time. I myself almost flew in on a slander. And you cannot prove in any way that you are not in business, if the evidence is approximately the same in both directions, they always try to plant.
Who is to blame for the death of a 16-year-old prisoner in the Kuban? THE ANSWER IS AVAILABLE!
The Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia will inspect the Belorechensk educational colony, where a 16-year-old prisoner was killed on November 25. Under unknown circumstances, the staff of the institution applied physical force and special means to the convicts. 7 prisoners were injured. One of them died from his injuries.
The head of the Investigative Directorate of the TFR in the region against the employees of the correctional institution initiated a criminal case under part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm, resulting in the death of the victim), part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (abuse of office with the infliction of grave consequences).
In addition, in relation to and.about. the head of the colony opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence, resulting in death by negligence).
Let us remind you that on July 19, 2011, 19 convicts from the Belorechensk educational colony aged 16 to 18 took part in the riots. Then the minors were not satisfied with the internal regulations of the institution.
According to the director of the Interregional Public Institution “National - Human Rights Committee“ Presumption â€Albert Gayamyan, the situation in penitentiary institutions throughout Russia remains deplorable. Citizens who are still at large do not know about most emergencies and do not even know. Many do not even want to think about it.
“Unfortunately, the majority of members of all kinds of Public Councils and commissions under various government bodies are opportunists, who are delighted that they were invited to take part in the discussion of something. Before leaving the Commission on Human Rights under the governor of the Krasnodar Territory in view of my disagreement with the work of this structure, I visited many different ITTs, pre-trial detention centers, correctional institutions, neuropsychiatric dispensaries and boarding schools. I have always looked not at the show organized by the administration of the institution, but at the real living conditions of the poor fellows. Communicated with them, studied, so to speak, the inside out. I tried to help them in every possible way. I wrote various requests, appeals, but they either were not sent anywhere, or their sending was delayed by the clerks. At the same time, personally, on behalf of the Commission, I had no right to send anything somewhere. Even then, in 2002, I became convinced that the authorities at all levels need extremely positive indicators on paper. And opportunists - social activists both then and now applaud the touching songs performed by prisoners from the stage, admire the skillful hands of the inmates and agree that "life is getting better, life is becoming more fun." Few people talk about the real problems of those imprisoned in such structures. This is where yesterday's death of the boy and everything else grows. In my opinion, every fifth employee of the security forces should be in the camps, then those who remain free and in their positions will work as they should! â€Says Gayamyan. that the authorities at all levels need extremely positive indicators on paper. They are doing everything right! Someone has to beat the foolishness out of these rams!
I read the title of the topic and first of all thought about a giant bale press built into the ceiling or walls of the chamber. I think - wow, technology perfection. Then I read the content of the topic ... ugh, because of it * to raise the noise. Then I looked at the year: 2011 ... hmm.
You know, convicts understand only brute animal power, and if from time to time they do not break their ribs and knock out blood from their lungs, they can imagine that they are not trembling creatures, but have the right.
I knew it. Okruta stands up for the prisoners.
What makes you think that I stand up for them?
You know, convicts understand only brute animal power, and if from time to time they do not break their ribs and knock out blood from their lungs, they can imagine that they are not trembling creatures, but have the right.
Duc, the whole point is that the above-mentioned case was generally without any reason on the part of the convicts.
Eh, where did the golden times go with the pinching of various organs with nippers ...

It seems to me that the reason for this treatment was given by the prisoners when they were still free people. It is unlikely that they were there just like that.
if the world is going on such lawlessness and this injustice is wrong. the perpetrators should be caught and punished, thrown into the cell,
their place should be near PS3.
It seems to me that the reason for this treatment was given by the convicts when they were still free people.
I already wrote above, there is a wonderful proverb in our language: do not renounce the scrip and the prison. Each of us can end up on the other side of the grid for no reason, without any fault and with a long time. This is Russia!
The upcoming gathering in Krasnodar indirectly reminded of the high-profile criminal case of 2012.
As previously reported by the Inter-Inform IAP, on Friday, December 18, at 15 o'clock at the building of the Krasnodar Territory administration, at Krasnaya Street, 35, a gathering of citizens - residents will take place houses on the street Parusnaya microdistrict Gidrostroiteley. The reason for the retirement is the construction of an 18-storey residential building close to these houses, which is being carried out by the Gabion construction company. Its head is Vladimir Viktorovich Bagmetov, until August 22, 2012 he was the director of the Construction Department of the Administration of the city of Krasnodar. He was dismissed by the mayor of the city, Vladimir Yevlanov, in connection with a high-profile criminal case against the official.
Recall that the construction of a multi-storey building is being carried out in the water protection zone, as well as in the flooding zone of the breakthrough wave of the Kuban reservoir dam.
As the tenants of the house say, they are concerned for their safety due to the fact that earlier, during the construction of another house by the same developer, significant cracks on the walls appeared in all nearby houses, and the roof on two houses even broke.
In addition, there is a high-pressure main gas pipeline next to the pit. At the same time, the developer has all the permits for the construction of a new house. The requirement of citizens is to completely prohibit the construction of a house.
But back to the head of Gibion LLC. Bagmetov Vladimir Viktorovich, in the past - director of the Department of Construction of the city of Krasnodar, a defendant in a high-profile criminal case.
On August 21, 2012, a criminal case was initiated against him (part 3 of article 30, part 2 of article 134 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). He was suspected of attempted sodomy with a person under 16 years of age. To put it simply, pedophilia.
According to the investigation, in August 2012, a 37-year-old official, having registered on one of the Internet sites under an assumed name, met a 15-year-old teenager. They exchanged phone numbers, while the man was aware of the boy's age.
Having agreed with the student about a meeting, on August 18, the man came to his home. Being in the elevator alone with the teenager, he began to touch the minor by the buttocks, and then followed the student to his apartment. The man did not succeed in bringing the criminal intent to the end, since there were friends of the teenager in the apartment, who called the law enforcement officers.
The next day, the official was fired from his job. A few days later, under recognizance not to leave, he was admitted to the hospital with complaints of pain in the region of the heart. How the criminal case ended, the media do not report. Information about this was not found on the Internet.
Returning to the gathering of citizens, let us recall:
Additional information by phones: 8 962 861 62 16 (Galina Silman);
8 918 440 44 00 (Albert Gayamyan); 8 918 276 43 05 (Alexey Gaivoronsky).
According to the director of the National Human Rights Committee "Presumption" Albert Gayamyan, the residents of the microdistrict have every chance to achieve a ban on the construction of high-rise buildings, but for this they need to rally around their activists.
“We are ready to provide citizens with legal and information support in this matter free of charge. We have many positive examples. The main thing is that people do not think according to the usual principle: “they will figure it out without me, it’s better if I relax,†says the human rights activist.

Don't laugh, today is Constitution Day! However, read it and laugh ...
Today, December 12, is the Day of the Constitution of Russia, the Basic Law of the country, which resembles "written with a pitchfork on the water", since for many years it has not been properly observed. Tomorrow, December 13, is the 18th anniversary of the founding of the “Presumption†Human Rights Committee, which was transformed into the “Presumption†National Human Rights Committee on June 13, 2012. 18 years of providing legal and information support to citizens and organizations is a significant period.
The committee works fruitfully thanks to the long-standing decision of the founder of the organization, Albert Gayamyan, to earn money on their own, without asking for it from either foreign or domestic donors. We can boldly defend our rights and interests without fear of being called ungrateful and “biting the hand of the one who gives usâ€.
We really want the Constitution Day to be a REAL holiday in Russia. In the meantime, unfortunately, we can only joke on this topic ...
Anecdotes about the Russian Constitution:

Nobody knows when the Constitution runs out of guarantee?

***
The worst guarantee is given by the guarantors of the Constitution.

In Russia, an attempt to use constitutional rights may constitute an administrative offense. And an attempt to be indignant about this can become a criminal offense.
