No offside lines (FIFA 14)

After reinstalling Win 10 x64, faced the following problem. In the game, the weather (rain and snow), the ball landing point, confetti (after the match, when I won the cup in the seasons) are not displayed.
Reinstalled the game with the Origin client completely, did not help. ModdingWay delivered, did not help. The drivers are all last. The same OS version was previously installed.
