Game broke (Fallout 4)

Karoch built himself a house in Senchuari, went to the Red Rocket to retrieve all of his power armor. I came and looked at all the original type of armor, all the modifications were gone, I also had Piper living there and the dog is now not there, I tried to spawn them with the help of cheats and sent them again to the red rocket, but they leave from there, then I went to Senchuari and there there are no residents, they also dumped everything. Does anyone know what to do? It's a shame, finally, the whole game has passed and here is such a setup :(

mods? Many Senchuari mods reset all power armor to the original one. all the frames with the armor that would become with the T 45 armor in my opinion. There is no way to fix it
