Can't complete the quest! (Fallout 4)

I robbed Hancock with Bobby's nose. Hancock, in atonement, gave the assignment to kill her. I did not kill her, we agreed that she would run away, and I will say that I did everything. Came to Hancock and said the job was done. Hancock accepted this answer and offered to become my companion, I turned him down. Now, when completing the silver cloak quest, he does not want to talk to me. He says something like, "But should not you talk to another ghoul? What about the murder I did not hear anything,"
I am, without a marker, found the house where he was hiding Beznosov Bobby, but it's not there !!!
What to do now, I don’t know.
