Frame rate drops after clips (Dying Light)

The problem is that the game averages 55 frames per second. But when you talk to any character, the video starts and in the video it gives out exactly 30 fps, apparently it locks. So the problem is that after the video, the fps stops at 30 fps and does not rise above. You have to play until the first video, and then restart the game and the FPS is restored. Moreover, FPS falls only in some videos. Who faced?
