Asus strix gtx 980 in 3d mark
Tell people, I bought a new video "Asus strix gtx 980", before that there was "asus gtx 780 directcu ii oc". The difference in games is a very decent 15 - 20%. but in 3d mark (2013) firestrike extreme there are 6000 "parrots" in total, not that I'm chasing them, but in the online table of results on the same systems as mine for 9000-10000 ~ points without any overclocking and other nonsense. What is the reason for the drawdown?System
mother - gigabyte b85-hd3 - mother
percent - intel 4670k (slightly overclocked in 4Hz turbo)
memory - corsair 1600 2x8gb
ssd - 250 intel
hdd - 1000gb wd
video - asus strix gtx 980

If the result is the total number of parrots for the entire test completely, then most likely percent. Did he drive vidyuha?
15% this is called decent))) depending on how to test at what settings and resolution

I didn’t drive her, over the last week I changed my mother to asus z97k and all coolers to Noctua (3 replaced, 2 added) + dropsy per cent (h60 corsair).
Overclocked only to 4.4 percent, vidyah and memory in par. Strangely, after replacing the coolers, the performance clearly increased, 6500 in the firestrike extreme, and the temperature dropped dramatically. Well, the noise has become zero.
Exactly the same system, only 8GB of RAM, 4.3 percent in overclocking, and the vidyushka is overclocked (the superjet stream fires). The result is 6577. Apparently the trouble is in the process.

Actually the system is now such a
mother - Asus z97-k
percent - intel 4670k (overclocked in turbo 4.4Hz)
memory - corsair 1600 2x8GB
ssd - intel 335 series 240gb
hdd - 1000gb SG
video - asus strix gtx 980 (no overclocking)
3d mark firestrike extreme 6422. In principle, I think everything, I will not drive vidyahu, but the peak results (1st place 6929) from the 3dMark website, only by overclocking the video card. so everything seems to be normal =)
