Mod for replacing houses in Century (Fallout 4)

Is there such a mod that would replace the textures of the post-war, destroyed houses, with the textures of the beautiful, pre-war ones?

Have you built ALL new houses yourself? Is everyone in Sanctuary?
Can not be! Those houses that are NOT completely destroyed = cannot be removed.
And you cannot build in their place. And "disable" doesn't always work.
