Clear Subway: no explosives (Fallout 4)

The morning is cheerful. I pass the game for the BS, the "Strategic Thinking" quest. After entering the old church and a short fight there, I go down to the basement and clean out the corridors. Then I go to the door, where you usually need to dial the subway password with a spinning disk to open the door. But the door is closed. A Demoman from the BS stands nearby and says that the charges are installed. But there are no charges!
Judging by the picture from the walkthrough, the Detonator should already be attached to the plate. I don't have it.
And by the way, "Kill Dr. Carrington" is added to the task immediately upon entering the church. The dock is clearly behind a closed wall and sometimes shoots ... through the wall.
