Fast travel crash (Fallout 4)

move around the map on foot, when I move quickly, the game crashes, the game also crashes when leaving Vault 111 (at the start) and upon entering in Diamond City, I play in windowed mode, at a resolution of 800x500 and at the lowest graphics settings.
Has anyone come across a similar one?
