Pip-Boy info about settlements with errors (Fallout 4)

In the pip-boy section of the inform-workshops, incorrect information is periodically issued, most often it shows the lack of places in the settlement - although in fact everything is ok. Accordingly, a bunch of exclamation marks. There are also misunderstandings on other positions. Who faced and solved a similar problem - share the solution.

I came across this problem, but I wasnâ€™t looking for a solution, I just gave it up and thatâ€™s all. It shows that there are no people in the settlement, that some resources are not enough, you come to the settlement, and everything is in order.
