Is there a replayer for Geralt's eyes? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I've been looking for a retexture of Geralt's eyes for a long time so that they glow in the dark and be normal during the day, but so far I just see a replacement for a brighter one, and there is still no glimpse as in the trailer, no matter how bright they are. And one more question, because in the witcher, like in cats, eyes glow only at night, is it possible to leave the orininal textures and add a glow in the dark, not too brightly, but so that it is noticeable as in the screenshot above?
