Everything slows down terribly (Rust)

A friend on a laptop lenova g50-40 (8GB of RAM, 4 x 1.8 GHz) I started it with 9 directives. Is there any varick?

possibly unnecessary programs and applications interfere, perhaps because of the hard disk, perhaps the laptop is not optimized (registry, garbage, defragmentation, etc.), possibly Windows, possibly Trojans.

This is fine. On my old fx6300 4.6 and a 2 GB video, I was stupid. So this is a game like that.

Too weak systems for Rust, at least for the moment. In general, there are official system requirements for a comfortable game, they are very plausible.
