Settings are not saved after restarting the game (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I played before with patch 1.03, I went to the end and deleted it. With each entry into the game, the music in the settings was automatically turned off (the rest of the settings were saved), it was not too lazy to pull the music slider to the right every time.

How did "Stone Hearts" decided to download it again.
I downloaded it already with patch 1.11, since Hearts only rob at least 1.10.
So now, with each entry into the game, the settings were reset to the maximum and I had to set everything up again for my confa.
I was looking for at least similar topics with mine, unsuccessfully ...
