Graph GTA San Andreas not lag... (Watch_Dogs 2)

Here is a colorful graphics with a FPS of 6-8... it would be nothing, but the video is a 2 gig GeForce 920MX, RAM, sure enough, 4 but the game already on such settings should at least have 15 FPS in the first mission by the way lags otsustvovala... what's the matter?

The game is quite demanding, with this configuration it does not play with acceptable fps, MB if only qHD resolution or so
