Generally speaking, the mod is somewhat damp.
Perhaps the best thing I've done. Shoots homing missile nails. 95 shots / minute.
You don't even need to aim: you wait for the target to be captured, you shoot.

Unlike Automatic Handheld Nuclear Grenade Launcher, it is quite playable, I run with it, tk. on level 125 with all the locations found, almost all the side effects and all the magazines and bobbleheads found, it's pretty boring.
