This is the norm. It can be removed only by ultra settings. By the way, there is no eye difference between low and high, and FPS also eats, so in the choice between low, medium and high, safely bet on low. If you do not want to observe this pixelation, only ultra will help, but the fps is 2 times lower compared to low ones.
