Small bug (Fallout 4)

People! Here's a bug that happened to me on a pirate F4 on a PC. I started a new game, I have 2 Mr. Helpers in the protagonist's kitchen (drum roll)! The first is natural, you are Codsworth, and the second is unnamed (this is a twist)! Moreover, he is battered (trans. - worn or battered), like the post-war Codsworth. I have already deleted it, though its model remained hanging. Can you tell me why such an occasion happened?
