Can't complete missions with Hancock (Fallout 4)

Initially, I took a mission from him to check the building with the raiders, who began to behave quietly, but did not immediately carry out this mission. Then I robbed his warehouse with Bobby, after which I returned to him, agreed not to kill Bobby and he even wanted to become my partner, I refused him.

Then I went to carry out his first mission with the raiders and the mission of the silver cloak. In both quests I got to the point where I have to talk to Hancock. but when I try to talk to him, he is not invoked for a dialogue, he only says that I have to deal with Bobby.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
