Freezes at the beginning (Fallout: New Vegas)

download and install Russian Fallout.esm. You can also download the Russian plugins and delete all _lang files from the Data folder

This is a known bug.
The game freezes, but not completely.
It just hangs for a minute, then chapters. the menu appears.

You cleared your conscience, paid. Now download a decent ripak with all the patches and play.

Your computer is not very good, it takes so long to start because of localization. I also had it on the old one, you sit and wait until it is loaded, and right now we have one or two.
