Texture glitches (Fallout 4)

Texture glitches have recently appeared in the game. It started after installing mods, as well as ENB with Reshade. I did not find such problems in boarding schools, except that there are similar bugs in other games, but the problem itself is in the hardware or drivers. Settings for ultra, lock at 40 fps, a Radeon 290X card, the card does not get too hot, it stays at 88-90 degrees, the drivers and the rest of the software have been updated.
