Crafting weapons in NV? (Fallout: New Vegas)
Guys, if you remember that in part 3 of the FO there was a craft of weapons and even a perk with the opening of all recipes. Question: does NV have such a function, if so, where are the damn blueprints ?! And the perk itself is not there. I scored about 700+ darts, but I still could not find a drawing for a dart gun ... There are no darts in NV, you can only lubricate edged weapons with poison.

What are you ..? Not aware of what mods and what are installed in your game?
Do you have a case that Joshua is not added by a mod? He's from the DLC "Honest Hearts" and can be added to partners using the mod.
No, I know what mods are installed, it's just that none of them in the description said anything about darts ... And it doesn't matter anymore, I've already played the game, which is a huge disadvantage of NV, a small location, relatively short story quest, and the lack of crafting completely discouraged the desire to go through it again on a different storyline.
