Promotion Books Special (Fallout 4)

At the very beginning of the game, in my house in the nursery under the bedside table, I found a Special book, similar to the one that was when the character was generated in F3. So, she permanently increased one of the characteristics of the Special by 1. Has anyone found similar books somewhere else, or is she the only one for the whole game?
