Cards do not appear after viewing recommendations

If during the sale you get the 5th level, then all the cards will be given
Read the FAQ. If your Steam profile is Level 5 or higher, you will receive a Polar Sale card for viewing all the offers on the daily recommendation list. You can view the list of recommendations two more times, so you can get up to 3 cards per day. If your account reaches Level 5 by the end of the sale, you will receive all cards earned for viewing the recommendation list during the sale.
