The assignment is to talk to Bobby near the noodle shop in Diamond City. I went there, waited in a chair for a day, and Bobby never showed up. The label simply points to random locations. What to do?4 Comments

She will be waiting for you behind the iron doors. As you enter Good Neighborhood, you go straight past the traders and in the first nook to the right, she is there.
