The USB keyboard falls off. (DiRT Rally)

Microsoft 600 keyboard - falls off anywhere along the track, stops responding to any keystrokes, the car drives in the direction of the last key pressed - even ctrl + alt + del does not work. If you remove it from the USB port and insert it back, it starts working again. Works great in other games and applications. I reinstalled the drivers, removed the Punto Switcher. What to do? can anyone come across? Game class - play the hunt :)
