Can't find DLC (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

I bought DLC Cabin Acessories in Steam just now for 111 rubles for a promotion - I can't find how to get it into the game. The license is Stimovskaya ... Help pliz.

In the library, a list of your DLCs, check the box if it is not worth it and the DLC will be downloaded

With pirates nothing is added to Steam !!! I tried to run the save from the pirate in the steam version - it didn't work !!!
