Low FPS on any graphics settings (Battlefield 2042)

Video card amd radeon rx5600 xt processor - ryzen 7 2700x 16gb RAM
At all graphics settings (which is ultra, which is the lowest: everything is the same) 30 - 50 fps. I changed the permission - nothing. The most amazing thing is that the card is loaded by 20-30%, and the processor is at all 80. Another problem is that the constant loss of packets (three yellow rectangles on the right side of the screen) Everything teleports forward. Gentlemen, help out !!!
