One Shot Boss Kill (Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Breakpoint)

On raids, I noticed that some people use a cheat, with the help of which the same Cerberus is demolished from 3 shots, one in each "head".
But I don't see this cheat in the trainers.
How do they do it?
