It can be assumed that the loading screens are located in the * MW5Mercs MW5Mercs Content Movies folder, there are ten LoadScreen_Vid * .bk2 files. This is a commonly used Bink video format in games. Try to search for software to play them and watch these videos.

You go to the options - the gameplay, then there are two options: incl. hand grab and reverse torso rotation, try some of these. I myself have never used them, so I cannot tell what is responsible for.
My mouse turns the head and arrows of the case.
The game has a type of compass where the arrow shows where
the fur body is looking.
