Updating races in the game? (Forza Horizon 5)

Question: after three seasons passed, I closed i.e. won races on 95 percent of all icons, all types of races and they are now reflected on the map as completed. Is it now that it will remain like this for all the time and there will be no more highways or street races? Will there be only new seasonal champions after the change of season? So far, this is not enough, it is not clear how next, and therefore the frozen non-renewable card begins to annoy.
