Drive data transfer rate is slow (Forza Horizon 5)

A notification pops up LOW DRIVE TRANSMISSION SPEED, there is no drawing of the road and texture of poor quality, although I play at very high ones. Who faced? the game is on ssd m2, computer rtx 3060, i5 10400f 16gb RAM (maybe it affects, but I have Windows 11)
