Lost items after departure (Darkest Dungeon)

This means that I often face the problem of the game crashing when I sort items for my squads. Basically, re-entering the game is not a problem, but this time it's different. With the next flight, I lost the basic items of my passage (items for healing for Vestals and a cape for speed for the initiative of a stunner or a thrower). I don’t use a brothel, the items disappeared precisely because of the departure, I’m wondering if you had such a thing and if there is a solution for this.
