SKSE64 and its bug (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Hello everyone, when you start Skyrim through the SKSE file, it gives an error rel / relocation.h (567): Adress Library is either missing or not correctly installed for your game version. Can anyone help?

Where is the full info ? neither the version of the Skyrim edition, nor the version of the patch, nor the version of SKSE64, nor the description of how you installed it and how you launched it, provide it at least then we can and we will help.
