HP and AP scales disappear (Fallout 4)

The HP and AP scales disappear in the normal mode. The compass remains, but the pointers flicker. In VATS mode, everything appears. After exiting VATS, everything is OK, but after 2-3 seconds, HP and AP disappear again. And dialog subtitles do not appear. What could be?
