The menu is shaking (minimized) at the bottom of the screen. (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Pressing win everything comes back to normal but not for long. Example on the pictures! (And Yes, if you do a screenshot on it everything is OK, no stocks.)!

Play on high and ultra settings. GTX1070, i5 8600, 24гб RAM game installed on ssd.

Vsync is a must in games. I do not understand how synchronization can play. It's all tearing and crawling, it is very much evident.
