GFWL abandoned the game? (Resident Evil 5)

I havenâ€™t started the game for more than a year and I donâ€™t know what happened to it. I saw it in the incentive, it seems that achievements have appeared. Has the game abandoned games for windows live or not?

The resident is now opened with a utility from steam through the command line (all automatically). Also gfwlivesetup is installed but does not work in the game. Apparently this was done so as not to smack the save players. In short, he seems to be, but he is not.
