Patrol prevents the completion of the story mission (Destiny)

Maybe someone came across. At 25 lvl on one of the storyline missions, the "patrol" mission appeared, now I can not go through the storyline, because it automatically enters the "patrol". Who knows how to switch or what to do? and will the plot suffer if you do not go through the mission? Advance ATP.
