Windows did not start, error

Here's what I found if this is that Log name: Application

Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

What is wrong in my Windows, the screen shows that there are a lot of errors. Please help.

Googling not destiny? Try:
1. Boot into safe mode
2. In service management (WinKey + R - services.msc) stop the Windows Management Instrumentation service (just do not touch the service startup type, just stop)
3. Next, take ownership of the C folder: Windows System32 wbem repository, you can read how to do this here
4. Copy the contents of this folder somewhere - as a backup for every fireman
5. Delete all files from the repository folder
6. Reboot normally
