I think this is the machinations of a genie. Once Geralt faced a similar problem, but then the voice disappeared exclusively from Dandelion ... =)

In short, it helped when I reinstalled the sound driver. The new one was downloaded more precisely and the old one was deleted with cleaning the registry.
