Has anyone met a mod that removes mouse clicks in dialogs (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

These mouse clicks in dialogs somehow do not fit well and even spoil the game a little. Maybe someone has met a mod that removes them. In the game in the settings they are disabled with all sound effects, but I would like to remove only these clicks !!!
