Optimization for AMD (Fallout 4)

When and what will be done with optimizations based on AMD graphics cards? The game does not start AT ALL, I dug in the forums, did everything that was advised, but it helped a little, I played only 10 hours without enjoying it. I think the brother is GeForce, tk. games are sharpening for them, BUT WHAT TO DO WITH AMD ?????

I have an overclocked 7950. No problems whatsoever. AMD videos are more profitable to buy than marketing and expensive NVidia, there is no point in overpaying.
Although if we talk about percent. then without options - intel is better, they are much colder and therefore more stable, but this is only a percentage.
