Xmp profile RAM.

Bought CPU r5 3600, Mat. an asrock b450m-hdv r4.0, RAM Patriot Viper Steel 4 16 GB 3000 MHz. PC does not turn on when setting the xmp profile. Tell me what's the problem?
PC Ps works with the default settings of RAM, and at frequencies of 2400 and timings 16 18 18 36.
