However, I decided to kind of speed up my PC. I watched one video on YouTube (I did all the manipulations except downloading drivers and all sorts of shit programs. I opened the maximum number of processors (4) opened the maximum amount of memory (I did all this through msconfig), then I chose the volume swap file and removed it altogether, because it was said that if you have 8GB of RAM or more, then you can remove it altogether. Then, at the power point, set high performance. I did all this, rebooted the computer and when turned on, the Windows loads endlessly (black window and the sign hangs Windows 7), after dancing with a tambourine, I was able to start the computer and reset all the settings, but I just didn’t understand what setting the computer didn’t start.
